Classroom use, livestream use, public event use, business use, organizational use, commercial use, or large-group use may require a separate license.

Vowlenu may offer physical products or merchandise, including but not limited to books, decks, cards, stickers, apparel, game products, printed materials, and other items.

Physical products may be sold directly through the Website or through third-party platforms. Shipping, delivery, returns, taxes, customs, and fulfillment may be handled by third-party providers.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping times, and product details may change without notice.

12. Refunds and Download Issues

Because many Vowlenu products may be digital downloads delivered instantly, digital product sales are generally final once access has been provided, unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law.

However, Vowlenu may review refund or support requests in situations such as duplicate purchases, accidental double charges, corrupted files, failed delivery, technical access issues, or other reasonable concerns.

Do not submit ideas, riddles, names, game concepts, characters, stories, or other creative material to Vowlenu if you expect payment, ownership, confidentiality, or control unless you have a separate written agreement with Vowlenu.

15. Community Rules and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Website or interact with Vowlenu in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, deceptive, obscene, hateful, invasive of privacy, infringing, spammy, or otherwise objectionable.
