What is the Vowlenu Lexicon?

Created by author Gregory Venvonis, The Vowlenu Lexicon is a collection of deep words pertaining to the nature of reality, modern lifestyles, profound feelings, personal challenges, and spiritual concepts, that expand modern language and creative expressions for the world.

Originally, this project began in 2016 when I couldn’t find the right words to describe specific feelings and desires for my characters in my Paranormal Romance series called, Fluctsonas.

In the present day, the Lexicon serves several purposes:

-Filling the gap in language with intuitive, etymology-based words so that we better express ourselves and the things we care about
-Serving as a beacon of inspiration for your awesome creative expression(s)
-Offering a wholesome place to discuss with others who experience these deep feelings, desires, concepts, and characteristics


As of Fall 2023, I have published more than 200 words! New words are being added regularly, so be sure to check back often!
